Exchange Place Garden Fair
Join us for the 40th annual Spring Garden Fair! The oldest garden fair in the region and a favorite among gardeners, Exchange Place's Spring Garden Fair will be held Saturday, April 25th, 2026, from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and on Sunday, April 26th, 2026, from 12:00 - 5 p.m. at Exchange Place Living History Farm in Kingsport, TN.
Thousands of plants will be for sale - perennials, annuals, trees, and shrubs - with the emphasis on natives, herbs, and heirloom plants (including a wide variety of heirloom tomatoes!) along with garden-related arts and crafts. Click this link to read more about it!

Our FIRST FARMERS MARKET DAY is May 2, 8 am to noon we will be at Depot Street Farmers Market in downtown Greeneville, TN We are excited to start the 11th year at Depot Street Market!

Tomato plants are almost ready! We start all of our tomatoes from seeds and focus on heirlooms and customer favorites!

Greenhouse hours:
Monday May 4th through Friday May 8th 10 am to 6 pm.
Future hours will be announced as soon as we know!

We grow Medicinal & Culinary herbs in the greenhouse on our farm.
